Service-Based Projects
Clients may request cancellation before the project initiation for a full refund.
Once the project is initiated, refunds are subject to the work completed.
Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Salon Management App)
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
Cancellation will prevent further automatic renewals.
Custom Software Development
Cancellations must be requested in writing.
Refunds will be considered based on the milestones achieved and terms agreed upon in the contract.
General Terms
BrineWeb reserves the right to cancel services due to non-compliance with our terms or delayed payments.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
